Complete Computing, Inc. DIS Contract Support Billing Rates

 CCI normal support business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm. The following rates cover normal business hours as well as after hour support. After hour support is only available as a scheduled support call or installation.  

·        Mon - Fri                 8:30am  -    5:30pm                        $  85.50          Rate 1

·        Mon - Fri                 5:30pm  -  12:00am                        $133.00          Rate 2

·        Mon - Fri               12:00am  -    8:30am                        $171.00          Rate 3

·        Sat - Sun                8:30am  -    5:30pm                        $133.00          Rate 2

·        Sat - Sun                5:30pm  -    8:30am                        $171.00          Rate 3

Mileage Charges

 Any call within a 20 mile radius of Complete Computing is not charged a mileage charge during Rate 1 hours. Calls more than 20 miles away at Rate 1 are billed at $ .32 per mile after the first 20 miles.

 Any call made during rates 2&3 that are more than 30 minutes in travel time will be billed by the hour and the mile as indicated below.  Calls at rates 2&3 within 30 minutes are not charged a mileage charge.
